What do you enjoy most about your role?

It’s a blend of creative and strategy, which is quite unique and definitely keeps things interesting!

What challenges do you enjoy solving?

Changing people’s perceptions of social as a ‘fluffy’ channel, and proving that it’s data-driven, performance-led, and strategic, just in a different way.

Which project at Engage are you proudest of, and why?

Definitely the Whitbread photoshoots - we’ve made so many improvements, and the outputs look amazing.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Engage?

The people make Engage. Everyone’s up for a laugh, so there’s never a dull day (and obviously the dog-friendly office).

Which Summer Conference has been your favourite, and why?

Venice for the food, Ibiza for the nightlife.
