Why the camera icon?

Ever since I can remember I've played around with cameras and always been fascinated with photography. Though very much an amateur, it's still something I really enjoy doing.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Leading a team of experts to smash client goals is a big one for me. There’s nothing quite like that “lightbulb” moment when a complex strategy clicks and turns into real, measurable growth, alongside a team that’s performing at its best.

What challenges do you enjoy solving?

The "un-solvable" ones. I love digging into messy data to find the needle in the haystack that unlocks better attribution, forecasting, or multi-channel efficiency.

Which project at Engage are you proudest of, and why?

Building our PPC team from the ground up to achieve Google Premier Partner status. Being in the top 3% in the UK isn't just a badge, it’s a testament to the talent and hard work of the team.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Engage?

The collaborative energy. We’re all specialists in our own right, but the magic happens when we pull those different digital threads together to create something bigger for our clients.

What sets Engage apart from other agencies?

The transparency and the team. We don’t just "manage" accounts, we act as strategic partners who are as invested in the client's ROI as they are.

Which Summer Conference has been your favourite, and why?

Probably Palma, but it's very hard to pick a favourite! Good weather, good vibes and a great team to be around! 

What drew you to a career in digital?

The perfect blend of creativity and logic. I’ve always been fascinated by how data can tell a story, and PPC is the ultimate playground for testing, learning, and seeing immediate impact.

What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned in your career?

Never stop being a student. With 14+ years in PPC, I know that the day you think you know everything is the day the algorithm proves you wrong. Stay curious.
