What do you enjoy most about your role?
I really enjoy the strategising and building side of things. Solving complex problems and then being able to test those ideas in practice is incredibly satisfying.

Which project at Engage are you proudest of, and why?
I’d say the paid social campaigns for PGL. They were one of the first clients I managed at Engage, and we've delivered some really strong results in my time on the account.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Engage?
For me it's hard to talk about a single thing; it's great on all levels. I've worked in more industries and roles than most people, and Engage has been the best by far.
What sets Engage apart from other agencies?
We don't over-promise, and always set expectations based on the best knowledge we have. We take pride in driving great results, and if things don't play out as expected we own it and are honest and reset, not double down.
Which Summer Conference has been your favourite, and why?
Majorca. I know this one is a bit self-centric, but I brought back probably the best photo of myself ever taken.
