How we migrate websites to Craft CMS

At Engage, we’re all over AI. You’d expect nothing less. After all, we’re an agency operating at the sharp end of what digital can do for brands.
But here’s the important bit.
We’re not an “AI agency”.
We’re a people-first agency. Always have been. Always will be.
Because for all that AI can do - and that’s an incredible amount - the things that make work and culture meaningful cannot be automated.
Strategy starts with humans. Direction comes from humans. Judgment, taste, empathy, nuance, accountability and commercial instinct are all still stubbornly human.
Also, AI still can’t hold up its end of a proper chat over a brew or a beer. That's another win for us humans.
So, while we’re excited by what AI can do, we simply see it as a powerful co-pilot, great to have on board, but never the one steering the ship.
The most successful teams I’ve seen are the ones who pair deep human expertise with AI-accelerated workflows. They don’t replace judgement, creativity, or craft - they amplify it. The teams who treat AI as a collaborator rather than a threat become more capable, more inventive, and more efficient.

MD & Founder
AI is already a big part of how we operate at Engage, helping our teams move faster, cut repetitive tasks and spend more time delivering the Attention to Digital™ our clients expect.
We’ve also gone beyond off-the-shelf tools, building our own internal AI capabilities to help teams navigate more efficiently through research, planning, analysis and delivery.
Just as importantly, we’ve made AI literacy a key expectation across the business, encouraging curiosity, experimentation and smarter ways of working.
What does all this mean for our clients? Put simply: more efficiency, more output, and more value from the same investment.
Here at Engage we’re thinking about how to build AI literacy into every role, not as a side project but as a core skill. The real advantage isn’t just in adopting AI tools - it’s in building an organisation where people are curious, confident, and empowered to use those tools to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Technical Director
Of course, being proactive with AI also means being responsible with it. We have a formal governance policy in place covering approved use, data protection, confidentiality, human oversight, security, third-party review and client transparency.
AI outputs are reviewed by people, not treated as unquestioned fact, and client data is never used to train external models without prior agreement.
We’re also strengthening our wider governance as we work towards ISO 27001, with training, monitoring and clear accountability built into how AI is used across the business.
If AI is on your board agenda, on your roadmap, or just sitting quietly in the back of your mind as one of those “we should probably be doing something about this” thoughts, you’re not alone.
In fact, we’re already having these conversations every day.
If you’d like to make more sense of the opportunity, get in touch. We’d love to talk about what AI could mean for your business, and where it can take you next.
The future will belong to the teams that learn fastest. And the ones who embrace AI with openness and ambition will find they can deliver things they couldn’t have imagined a few years ago.
