What drew you to a career in digital?
I was always the kind of person (even as a kid) that whenever I got a new game or something electronic, the first thing I do is go explore the settings menu - I want to know what I can change, personalise and make my own. I'm the same even now - I like to know how things work and solve problems.
What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned in your career?
Jazz hands: Do not chase perfection for its own sake. Sometimes the right answer is 90% of the solution for 60% of the effort - delivering what the user actually needs, cutting what they don't and and covering over the gaps with surprise, delight and a seamless experience.
