Why the wickets icon?

As someone who apparently enjoys routinely giving up 7 hours on a Saturday to play cricket, this icon was a no-brainer. I play, coach, and watch regularly but I mostly get involved for the social after a game.We only need a few more cricketers amongst the Engage ranks and we could have our own team!

A bit more about Rob

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I like the problem solving aspect of writing code. It's really satisfying to be working on an issue and find an approach that unlocks a viable solution 🙌

What’s your favourite thing about working at Engage?

Generally the atmosphere. I love being around the team in the office. We're all able to have a laugh, be social together, and produce really good work!

Which Summer Conference has been your favourite, and why?

They've all been incredible for different reasons but I loved going to Venice in 2024. All about the Aperols!

What drew you to a career in digital?

I wanted to be a games developer originally, or be involved in the creating of video games in some capacity or other. I realised that the opportunities in that field can be quite limited so I looked at what other options were out there and went for web.
