From day one they let me loose on a real client, helping out on a photoshoot. So I’m looking forward to seeing what else I get the opportunity to work on.”

Ryan Gledhill (2018/19)

My experience at Engage has proven invaluable. Being able to spend time in each department, learning the ropes and continuously improving my skill set and knowledge on the creative industry has set me in the right direction to develop my career.”

Where’s Ryan now?

Part time junior UX developer, here at Engage while completing his final year at university.

Moona Paldanius (2017/18)

As a design intern at Engage, I did not only further develop my software skills but also got a very good insight to what it takes to work in digital marketing. I got the support I needed from my mentor Tom and everyone in the design team and felt like I could tackle even the most challenging briefs.”

Where’s Moona now?

A full time designer, here at Engage.

Heather Paxton (2016/17)

I gained experience in a range of things while at Engage, dipping my toes in all sorts of projects, skills, and began learning the production process first hand. I found the experiences of agency life, employee care and atmosphere brilliant.”

Where’s Heather now?

I’m working as a UX Designer at Ayup Digital in Leeds. Mainly working on Charity, Government and Research projects in the Tech for Good world. In my free time I’m still doing bits of animation and illustration” 🤘

Steph Martin (2015/16)

Working at Engage gave me the confidence and skills necessary to thrive in the dog eat dog world of London Advertising. My colleagues were mentors and friends, and still to do this day it was one of my favourite places to work. They gave me the freedom and knowledge to develop and hone my abilities and supported me in a way no other company has. I could still rock back up there and be greeted by a whole load of friendly faces, and Amy’s delicious blondies - and it’s been almost 5 years.”

Where’s Steph now?

Steph’s currently working as a Designer and Art Director at Brave in London, as well as working as a freelance illustrator with clients such as Red Bull under her belt.
